Shipping

To ensure that your product arrives at its destination in wholesome condition,  All meats are individually shrink-wrapped, then flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. The meats are packed in an KODIAKOOLER® container with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to ensure that every product is delivered in wholesome condition.

Delivery 3 to 4 Business Days

Delivery service is 2 days, plus 1 to 2 days for processing (total of 3 to 4 business days). within 150 miles Delivery could arrive 1 day earlier than the delivery date you are given on the web site. 

IMPORTANT: Billing customer is responsible to make sure the gift recipient will be available for delivery.

Important:

• All shipments require a street address Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

• Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Be sure to double-check addresses. 

• Billing customer is responsible to make sure the gift recipient will be available for delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Merchandise
